Consumer dispute resolution
planA Technologies GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).
The European Commission's former online dispute resolution platform is no longer operated. References to it, still found in many older disclosures, are obsolete and have deliberately been omitted here. Please verify the current position before publishing.
Liability for content
