1 · Controller
The controller within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR is:
planA Technologies GmbHLandsberger Str. 155 – Haus 1
80687 Munich
Germany
Managing Director: Mikhail Smirnov
Email: info@plana.technology
Phone: +49 (0)89 — PLACEHOLDER
The registered seat of the company is Darmstadt, local court of Darmstadt, HRB 98934. Administration is carried out from the business address in Munich given above.
2 · Data protection officer
No data protection officer has been appointed. The threshold in § 38 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act — as a rule at least twenty people constantly engaged in the automated processing of personal data — is not currently met. For any data protection matter, please write to the address above.
This statement must match actual headcount. Independently of headcount, an obligation to appoint may arise from Art. 37 (1) GDPR, for example where special categories of data are processed on a large scale, or where large-scale regular monitoring takes place.
3 · Principles
This website is purely informational. It has no contact form, no login, no shopping basket and no comment function. Personal data is processed only to the extent needed to operate the site technically.
Personal data means any data that can be related to you personally, such as a name, address, email address or IP address. Processing takes place solely on one of the legal bases set out in Art. 6 GDPR; the applicable basis is named for each processing operation below.
4 · Hosting and server logs
What is processed
This website is hosted by a service provider in Germany. Each time a page is requested, your browser transmits technically necessary data, which the server records in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file requested
- volume of data transferred and whether the request succeeded
- browser type and version
- operating system of the device
- the previously visited page, where the browser transmits it (referrer)
Purpose and legal basis
This processing serves to deliver the page content, to maintain the security and stability of the system, and to investigate misuse or fraud. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in operating this website securely and without fault.
This data is not combined with other sources and is not evaluated for marketing purposes.
Processing agreement
A processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider. The provider processes the data solely on our instructions and operates its servers in Germany.
The hosting provider must be named with company name and address — for example "STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin". Insert the provider actually engaged, and make sure the processing agreement has been actively concluded in the provider's customer account. It does not come into force automatically with the hosting contract.
5 · Enquiries
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the details you provide — in particular your name, contact details and the content of your message — in order to deal with your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the initiation or performance of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Please note that unencrypted email can be read by third parties in transit. For confidential material, please agree a secure channel with us in advance.
6 · Fonts and external content
The IBM Plex typefaces used here are served exclusively from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service. Your IP address is not transmitted to any third party for this purpose.
This website embeds no maps, videos, social network buttons, font libraries or other third-party content. Only files from our own server are loaded.
7 · Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no web tracking, no profiling and no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
Because no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under § 25 (1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act is required. For the same reason, this website shows no consent banner.
8 · Encryption
For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar starting with https://. While encryption is active, the data you send us cannot readily be read by third parties.
9 · Recipients and third countries
The only recipient of personal data is the engaged hosting provider acting as a processor. Disclosure to any further third party takes place only where we are legally obliged to do so or where you have consented.
No personal data is transferred to a third country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area in connection with the operation of this website.
10 · Retention
Server log files are deleted after seven days at the latest, or shortened so that they can no longer be related to a person. Longer retention occurs only where a security-relevant event needs to be investigated; the records concerned are then kept until the investigation is closed.
Data from enquiries by email or telephone is deleted once the matter has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligation applies. Commercial and tax retention periods under § 257 of the German Commercial Code and § 147 of the German Fiscal Code remain unaffected.
11 · Your rights
You have the following rights in relation to us:
- Access to the data processed about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure, where no retention ground applies (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Data portability in a structured, commonly used format (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
An informal message to info@plana.technology is enough to exercise these rights. Doing so is free of charge for you.
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
Where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
12 · Right to complain to a supervisory authority
Without prejudice to any other remedy, you have the right under Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
The supervisory authority responsible for us is:
Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA)Promenade 27
91522 Ansbach
Germany
Competence follows the main establishment, meaning the place of actual administration. At planA the registered seat (Darmstadt, Hesse) and the business address (Munich, Bavaria) differ. If administration is run from Munich, BayLDA is competent; otherwise it is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Please settle this once and fix the entry here.
13 · Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever the actual processing or the legal position changes, for example if a contact form is added or further services are used. The version available on this page applies.
